30-Second True Self Meditation #1

Breathe in God, breathe out God. Feel the God force behind you. Recognize that it is you, that
every part of you comes from that source and is held in that oneness.

30-Second True Self Meditation #2

Breathe in with the feeling that God is flowing into your body with the breath. Feel the touch of
the breath wherever it touches your inner body as the touch of God. Breathe out with the feeling
that God fills your body and flows out into the environment. Feel the tenderness, lightness (or
light). Find a feeling of spaciousness, simple goodness, or any other feelings that you naturally
associate with Essence.
